Duke Slam Ball make for an excellent addition to your functional training equipment array. Use the ball for slamming, throwing or like a kettlebell.

Slam balls are designed to not bounce back from surfaces which makes the exercise more challenging. The soft material of the ball also makes it excellent for indoor use and makes gripping easier.
