2022 was time of realization and change for Nordic Duke. Read more below.

As a sports equipment provider ensuring product safety and quality through our whole value chain has always been a starting point for our business. In 2022 we reformalized our business strategy. During it came clear that it is our hightime to highlight sustainability as a cornerstone of quality with enhanced ambition.

For us, sustainability means concrete actions from determined innovation for better products for all, to careful selection and work with our suppliers, to taking care of customer satisfaction and the common good.

Strategy formalization work set us up a broad vision and plan on how we as small actors reinforce taking responsibility for transforming our industry and creating a healthier world. Based on stakeholder interests, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and megatrends impacting us, we chose four themes on which we will start to focus on our responsibility work with concrete goals and actions. We develop safe, healthy and equal working environments in cooperation with our suppliers. We are committed to ensure the transparency of our supply chain and require social and environmental responsibility from our suppliers.

Fit for Selective Choices.

As a small brand our power and resources are limited. By making careful choosing we can avoid environmental harm and contribute to restoring a healthy plant. We are commited to seek, choose and innovate actions, products and packaging materials that enhance circularity and more sustainable supply chains.

Fit for Transparency.

We ensure that consumers have the prerequisites for responsible consumption and choices by communicating openly. We strive for transparency of product information, help with product selection and offer advice on product maintenance and recycling. Open communication with our consumers and suppliers is important to us.
