Diverse movements.
''Functional movements are the core of crossfit. They are movements that are categorically unique in their ability to express power and usefulness also outside of gym in every day life. For example the deadlift is just how a human picks something up.''
Defying self-imposed limitations.
''Gaining personal growth is the best way to impact mood and keep you thirsty for more. Before crossfit I did gymnastics, which has this spirit of testing limits of human body. I heard that crossfit groups have samething similar and I haven't been disappointed.''
''At crossfit training, you don't think anything extra. This is what enables big wins. In interval training, in particular, is always just as awful, but the feeling of tremendous energy after reaching personal intentions and goals is unbeatable. To me crossfit is almost therapeutic.''

''Even though we do our own workouts, there is a warm feeling of community at the gym. People really support each other regardless of their level.
